The Salmon Cook-Off features favorite local and regional eateries as they face-off in a mouth-watering competition with local celebrity judges. Try and taste a variety of highly creative salmon dishes served in ways you never thought possible. Pair these tastes of salmon with Michigan wine, beer, & cider tasting and you have yourself a multi-course meal!
