Once the judging is complete (12pm – 1pm) the cook-off area will open for patrons to enjoy samples of the gourmet salmon dishes. Patrons taste salmon samples ranging from smoked salmon, grilled salmon, sautéed salmon, sushi, salmon salad, etc all prepared by area chefs. Attendees will have the chance to vote for their favorite dish and name the event’s People’s Choice winner.
