Road construction on Harbor Drive will make getting to the Salmon Festival a bit more challenging this year. Please plan ahead to allow extra time for traffic, parking and getting to the event site. Handicap Parking is located at the Chinook Pier parking lot with entrance to Fish Boil and Salmon Cookoff via the sidewalk at the northern end of the tent. See signage. Thank you for supporting the Salmon Festival.

Saturday, September 15, 2018

10am – 3pm

Near Chinook Pier at 101 N. Harbor Dr. in downtown Grand Haven

Construction on Harbor Drive will make traffic and parking for the event a bit more challenging this year so plan ahead, be patient and thank you in advance for being a continued supporter of the Salmon Festival.

Free to attend!
The hands-on experience of the activities will get the kids involved in activities that encourage them to think about the importance of our environment. Groups like the Grand Haven Steelheaders, Coast Guard Auxiliary, the White River Steelheaders and more plan to be on site offering educational information, live exhibits and hands-on activities.

The festival activities will include live Michigan wildlife, face painting, live fish pond, fishing simulator, fishy fun art and educational games.
